PAYMENT OPTIONS

A payment of 100% is required on the day of making the appointment. (NON-REFUNDABLE)

We will send you an appointment confirmation via an SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment. We ask that you respond to this SMS once you receive it by replying Yes or No.

Every person’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost to respect our client’s valuable time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our clients, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.

Non-attendance at an appointment means the time cannot be allocated to another client.

Late cancellation or no at premises, without adequate reason will incur a full price fee and if a reservation fee has already been paid, this will be forfeited.

If you have purchased a package with us, then in the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours) or a not at premises, a full fee will be applied to your account. 

You will have 48 hours to get in touch and pay the outstanding full fee. If this full fee is not paid within 48 hours, then unfortunately we will not be able to continue the services unti the full fee is paid.

We understand that emergencies, illness and work difficulties occur, but we respectfully ask our clients to inform us if this is the case and to cancel an appointment at the earliest possible time. 

These conditions are at the discretion of management and exemptions may apply.
